C. Thomas Bevill, III
Dr. Bevill graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in 1984. He completed his residency at Anniston Family Practice in Anniston, Alabama.
He is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a member of several organizations including the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Southern Medical Association.
Dr. Bevill and his wife Mary Jane reside in Cartersville and have three children
Dr. Williams graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 1999. He completed his residency at Montgomery Center for Family Medicine in Greenwood, South Carolina.
He is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He is a member of the American Association of Family Physicians, Georgia Academy of Family Physicians, Medical Association of Georgia, and Northwest Georgia Physician Association.
Dr. Williams received several honors while a student including Most Outstanding Resident while at Montgomery Center Family Medicine. He is married and lives in Acworth, Ga with twin girls.
Abigail (Abby) Leigh Matthews
She is originally from Birmingham, AL where she attended college at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She then attended Physician Assistant school in Orlando, FL at Nova Southeastern University.
After graduating she practiced at a rural family medicine clinic in Claxton, GA for 3 1/2 years. She is now married and lives in Marietta, Ga with two girls and has been working with The Family Medicine Clinic since June 2013. In her free time she enjoys keeping active by doing aerobics classes and running.
She also enjoys watching sports and attending sporting events. She loves college football and is a huge Alabama Crimson Tide fan.
Aimee Bryeanne graduated from University of Alabama at Birmingham as a registered nurse in ICU Cartersville, GA in 2015. Aimee has the following certifications; ACLS, BLS and
adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner-board certified (ANCC) Certificate.
Aimee is a member of the “American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN)” and the “American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).” Her passion is in managing and treating health problems both chronic and acute in adults and the elderly.
Her ability and competence to treat high acuity patients and recognize rapid deterioration of clinical status in patients is highly proficient and her ability to communicate with doctors, as well as patients and their families makes her invaluable to the Family Medicine Clinic. She is married and lives in Cartersville, Ga with her daughter.
Carisalyn Cousin graduated from Tuskegee University as a registered nurse in Tuskegee, AL in 1997. Carisalyn has the following affiliations; Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing, Academy college of Nurse Practitioner and American Academy of Nurse Practitioner.
Carisalyn is a member of the “Health and Wellness Ministry.” Her passion is in promoting healthy living through educational sessions, free blood screenings, weekly exercise groups and a church and community wide annual walk.
Her skill and dedication to helping all patients in a family care setting makes Carisalyn a valuable asset to the Family Medicine Clinic. She continues to provide primary care for chronic care patients, extended infirmary patients along with urgent acute cases.
